Renee Earwood is an AFCPE Accredited Financial Counselor who has specialized in student loans since 2016. Through financial coaching and education, Renee helps her clients understand their student loans and the options available to them. Through a holistic approach, clients are able to clearly incorporate their student loan debt into their overall financial plan.
Renee has over 15 years of experience working in the financial services industry. Transitioning from the retirement and investment industry to a financial counselor and educator, she was the 14th person nationwide to earn the Certified Student Loan Debt Counselor certification from the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC). Since that time she has worked with thousands of clients through one-on-one counseling sessions and group workshops.
Renee has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baker University and a Master of Science in Personal Financial Planning from Kansas State University which includes a Graduate Certificate in Financial Therapy.
Renee is an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation (Diné). She is Bilagáana nishłį́ born for Honágháanii bashishchiin.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family (husband and five sons) camping, hiking, kayaking, traveling to and dancing at regional pow-wows, and watching NFL football.
